    Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, the expansive saltwater pool offered a perfect relaxation spot after enjoying delicious breakfasts with a mix of Vietnamese and healthy options.

    This is a very comfortable resort with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to relax - on the beach, by the pool, or on a balcony or verandah.

    La Veranda is a very nice resort, with beautiful gardens and nice little buildings. We liked the pool area very much, but also the beach. Both restaurants offer excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. The staff is smiley, friendly & helpful. Huge breakfast choice for reasonable 15$++. It should also be mentioned that we received a free upgrade for 3 nights. Free Wi-Fi and 4 computers available for use.

    Prices for rooms are (too) high - not for food, though. We wanted to stay 6 nights in total, but as the normal (deluxe) double room was not available, we stayed 1 night in a double, then 3 in a villa (where we got upgraded to a suite) and then again 2 nights in a double. The last double room we had was quite small and basic. In addition, you can hear the people next door quite well, because all double rooms seem to have a connecting door and also because you can hear people talking on the balcony.

    The hotel was relaxing and exquisite with stunning location short walk to the many restaurants, Phu Quoc and Vietnam and areas outside of the establishment's control.

    The amazing beachfront was a highlight, complemented by the refreshing morning yoga sessions and delicious breakfast options, made every day special.

    Despite the overall charm, the barrier in communication caused minor inconveniences, particularly during dining and service interactions.

    While the weather was not brilliant ( end of wet season) we still really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were brilliant helping you and very courteous. Lovely little bars/eateries close by also and very good value for money.

    Very friendly staff. As many German guests stay at the hotel, staff even has German lessons. Wonderful beach - with great service (e.g. comlimentary yoghurt; beer in ice bucket; shower at the beach; no sales people around)

    Wonderful room and staff is always absolutely delightful and brilliant.

    The breakfast is great, offered with the egg station, Western food, sweets and served in the garden. The location is lovely and incredible, in Peppertree restaurant in La Veranda. It's next to Le Bistrot, where you can have lunch.
